The dining room features a decorative fireplace as well as double french doors to isolate the room from the entry foyer.

The dining room is bathed in light by 2 large windows during the day and an overhead ceiling fan during the evening.

The kitchen is large and provides for plenty of food preparation and storage space. The back staircase leads from the kitchen to the back section of the house.
