About the Owners:

Thirty South Fifth is owned and operated by John Carey and Jennifer Tickle.  Jennifer is a professor of psychology at St Mary's College of Maryland.  John owns a home theater and smart home design and installation firm named Digital Home Technologies.  Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Virgina and holds a PhD from Dartmouth College.  John is a graduate of Bucknell University and holds a Master's degree from Dartmouth College.  The couple met at Dartmouth College and were married in 2005.  6 months later they purchased Thirty South Fifth because of their love for the collegial environment and community as well as the historic architecture of Lewisburg.  The couple plans to improve and renovate Thirty South Fifth through the years and perhaps occupy it during retirement or as a small historic town vacation home.  The couple currently resides in Leonardtown, MD and regularly visit Bucknell.
