Thirty South Fifth is 1/2 block south of Market Street and approximately 4 blocks from Bucknell University. Its location is incredibly convenient to the downtown bookstore as well as the numerous local restaurants and shopping venues of Market Street.
Fifth Street was also completely renovated during 2011 providing updated sidewalks and new landscaping and lighting.
